FT Catering Clerk/Driver - Melville Store Join our Catering Department at our Melville Store as a Part-Time Catering Clerk/Driver! Our gourmet store is fast-paced and growing, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable team member to help take catering orders, prepare items, and deliver delicious gourmet foods to our customers. This role includes in-store catering support and delivery using a company-owned vehicle (CDL not required). Scheduling falls between 7:00am-7:00pm, with varied shift options. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, prompt customer service in person and over the phone Take, process, and pack catering orders (including online orders) Prepare catering and deli items during non-delivery times Deliver and set up catering orders safely and on time using a company vehicle Ensure all orders are accurate and complete (utensils, condiments, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized workstation Follow all food safety, safety, and company policies Requirements Must be 19 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license (minimum 3 years) with a clean driving record At least 1 year of delivery driving experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) 50% off lunch 25% off in-store shopping And more!
