Dudley's Driver Starting Wage:

$20.00-$23.00 per hour (based on experience) Join a Team That Keeps Production Moving Dudley's is growing, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team. At Dudley's, we process meat products, manufacture premium dog food, and manage packaging and shipping operations that help deliver quality products to customers across the region. This position is for local driving. What You'll Do Authorized to safely operate commercial vehicles on assigned local routes to transport and deliver goods in compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Responsible for conducting vehicle inspections, securing cargo, maintaining delivery documentation, communicating with team members and customers, and resolving routine delivery or service issues within established company guidelines. 1. Safely operate commercial trucks on local delivery routes 2. Pick up, transport, and deliver goods to customers and businesses 3. Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries and pickups 4. Communicate effectively with customers, and team members 5. Load and unload cargo when required 6. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections 7. Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and inspection reports 8. Follow DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies 9. Resolve basic customer concerns or delivery issues in a professional manner 10. Plan efficient routes to meet delivery deadlines 11. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle 12. Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or delivery delays promptly 13. Verify delivery information and obtain required signatures or documentation Preferred Qualifications CDL preferred, DOT card required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why Work at Dudley's?
