We are seeking a motivated CDL Class B driver with a Hazmat endorsement to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate 26 foot box trucks. You will be responsible for safely transporting waste materials and freight across designated routes while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Load and unload freight efficiently using forklifts or other equipment when necessary. Transport hazardous materials by adhering strictly to Hazmat regulations and safety protocols. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Follow designated routes for delivery and pickup of waste or freight, maintaining timely schedules. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo details, and route information in accordance with DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly. Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including route driving and delivery operations. Demonstrated ability to operate manual transmission trucks safely and efficiently. Prior experience handling refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or dump trucks is preferred. Knowledge of freight handling procedures including load & unload processes using forklifts or similar equipment. Familiarity with hazardous materials transportation regulations (Hazmat endorsement required). Valid CDL Class B license with all necessary endorsements; Hazmat endorsement is mandatory (Driver's abstract — must submit a valid driver's abstract dated within the last 30 days).
