This role involves operating roll-off trucks to deliver, pick up, and dispose of dumpsters for residential and commercial customers. We are looking for drivers who are dependable, customer-focused, and committed to safety. Roll-off or dump truck experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Operate roll-off trucks to deliver and remove dumpsters at customer locations Transport and dispose of waste at approved facilities in compliance with DOT regulations Secure loads using tarps or tie-down systems (automatic tarp system provided) Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain clean and safe equipment Communicate with dispatch using a smartphone for routes and updates Provide professional, courteous service to customers Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations Qualifications Valid CDL-B or CDL-A license (required) Clean driving record At least 1 year of commercial driving experience (roll-off preferred) Ability to lift, climb, and secure dumpster loads Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and routing Strong work ethic and customer service skills Must pass drug screening and background check Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off and holidays Employee referral program Employee discounts Why Work With Us?
