Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a CDL Class A Regional Driver and take charge of delivering freight across designated regions with energy and precision! In this vital role, you'll operate tractor-trailers from Utica NY to the ports of NY/NJ daily. Your expertise in driving, load & unload procedures, and route planning will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your commercial driving skills and contribute to a fast-paced logistics operation that values your dedication and professionalism. Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers across regional routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Transport various freight types in import/export containers. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer to identify maintenance needs or safety issues Plan optimal routes to maximize efficiency while meeting delivery schedules and customer expectations Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate pickups and deliveries no touch freight new equipment oldest truck is 2023.
