Modern office setting Food provided Long Island Compost is seeking a Driver to join our team in Yaphank, NY.
The Position:
The driver is responsible for driving a 79,000-pound Roll Off truck to various customer locations and back to Long Island Compost. This position will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper delivery of materials, and ensuring compliance with all company policies.
Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop while transporting materials. Must be able to work in all weather conditions and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment. Must be able to work overtime as needed. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must wear work boots.
