Shuttle Van Driver (Non-CDL)

Job Description:

Driver will pick up and drop off passengers according to reservation manifest dispatch instructions. Service area is within a one-mile radius of the outskirts of the city. Driver will be responsible for fare collection Role and Responsibilities Pre- and Post-trip vehicle Includes checking fluids, tires etc. and identifying issues Fueling as necessary Transport to shop or repair facilities as required Passenger transport Customer service - greet and thank customers as they enter and exit Assist according to guidelines Transport passengers safely as directed from point-to-point according to manifest or dispatch instructions Collect fares as directed Turn in required paperwork at end of shift Operate in an efficient manner Arrive at designated location quickly and timely Maintain scheduled pickups Communicate with dispatch if there are any issues

Job Requirements:

Maintain state required licensing Must pass pre-employment drug test, DOT physical (one-year card required) and agilities test Complete pre-employment background check and MVR that meets standards Ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to follow instructions Preferred Skills Strong customer service skills Highly detail-oriented Familiarity with city and environs
