Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Pay:

$22 per hour (for qualified CDL drivers)

Guaranteed Raises:

$0.50 per hour increase every 6 months—your pay grows as you stay with us! Comprehensive insurance package (health, dental, vision—details provided upon interview) Steady, predictable schedule with opportunities for overtime

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a garbage truck along assigned residential/commercial routes Collect, load, and transport waste and recyclables efficiently Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations Provide courteous service to customers when needed

Requirements:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) - Class B or higher preferred (with air brakes endorsement if applicable) Clean driving record Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check No felonies in the last 5 years Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to get to our yard/starting location Positive attitude and strong work ethic If you're dependable, safety-minded, and ready for a hands-on job with great pay and stability, we want to hear from you!
