This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. Pay rate is $28/hour, prevailing wage. Day and Night Shifts Available, 10-Hour Shifts. We are urgently hiring CDL drivers for a long-term infrastructure project in the Cincinnati area. This is a direct hire opportunity expected to run through 2033, offering stable, long-term employment and full benefits. Drivers will operate dump trucks transporting materials from job sites to disposal locations or between active job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class B dump truck on designated local routes
• Transport materials from job site to disposal site or between job sites
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate trip and load documentation

Position Details:

• No-touch freight
• Local hauling (home daily)
• Projects on both the Ohio and Kentucky sides of the Ohio River
• Long-term prevailing wage project expected to run through 2033

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL License (Class B required
• Class A drivers welcome to apply)

• Ability to work day or night shifts
