Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. As a Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for operating various types of dump trucks and transporting materials to and from construction sites. This is a vital role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and has a strong work ethic.
Duties:
  • Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, or other construction materials
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving on public roads
  • Inspect the truck before and after each shift to ensure it is in proper working condition
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and cleaning the truck
  • Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily tasks
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
  • Previous experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy equipment
  • Mechanical knowledge
  • Knowledge of paving operations
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • MUST DRIVE STICK
  • Class A or B CDL
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
