  • Regional Routes (Profit Split) We are a growing trucking company looking for a reliable Non‑CDL driver to run regional, multi‑state routes .
This is not a local position — drivers will travel to different states and may be on the road for multiple days at a time depending on freight availability. This position is paid on a true 50/50 profit split — you receive half of the profit from each load after fuel, tolls, and insurance. What We Offer 50% of profit from each load Fuel card provided Tolls covered Insurance covered Loads booked and dispatched for you Consistent regional work No CDL required Responsibilities Safely operate a 26ft box truck Run multi‑state regional routes (not local) Deliver freight on time and communicate with dispatch Secure freight properly Maintain professionalism with shippers and receivers Requirements Valid driver's license (Non‑CDL) Clean driving record Must pass a drug test before starting Ability to travel for multiple days at a time Able to lift 30-50 lbs if needed Reliable, professional, and on time (Preferred) Previous experience driving box trucks Pay Structure 50/50 profit split Profit = load pay minus fuel, tolls, and insurance
