Job Description

Make a Difference Every Mile At the Northwestern Ohio Community Action Commission (NOCAC) , we believe that every act of service — no matter how small — helps move our community forward. The PATH Center provides meals, basic needs, and hope to individuals experiencing homelessness. As our Homeless Programs Driver , you'll play an essential role in that mission. What You'll Do Every day is different — but each one matters.
You will:
Safely transport PATH Center participants to the shelter to participate in a free lunch prepared in our Soup Kitchen. Pick up and deliver donations, food, and supplies that make daily operations possible. Be a friendly, dependable face for those who often need one most. Keep vehicle logs and maintenance records to ensure reliability and safety. Lend a helping hand at the PATH Center when needed — because we all work together to serve our neighbors. What You Bring A caring heart and a desire to help others. A valid Ohio driver's license and an insurable driving record. A high school diploma or GED . The ability to communicate with empathy and respect. Knowledge of local streets and landmarks (or a good sense of direction!). The reliability and professionalism to represent NOCAC's values every day. Why Join Our Team? When you join NOCAC, you're not just taking a job — you're joining a mission.
We offer:
A chance to serve your community in a meaningful, hands-on way. A supportive, team-oriented environment. Opportunities to grow within a respected nonprofit organization. Pride in knowing your work changes lives, one ride at a time.
