Laborer--->Driver (Growth Position)

We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who is ready to start in a hands-on role and grow into a driving position. This is a career path opportunity—you'll begin as a trash collection laborer ("thrower") and quickly progress, based on performance and training, transitioning to a driver/thrower role with increased pay and responsibility. Responsibilities (Starting Role - Thrower) Ride on the back of a garbage truck and collect residential and/or commercial waste Lift, load, and dump trash and containers safely and efficiently Work outdoors in all weather conditions Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Responsibilities (Advanced Role - Driver/Thrower) Operate a garbage truck safely on assigned routes Continue assisting with waste collection as needed Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Report maintenance or safety issues promptly Qualifications Clean driving record preferred Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to start in a labor-intensive role and grow into driving Ability to work early mornings and flexible hours
