Redwey Transport is seeking dependable, experienced Dump Truck Drivers to join our growing team in Johnstown, Ohio . Operate new‑model dump trucks , haul local aggregates, and enjoy the consistency of short‑haul routes that get you home every day . Local Work. Steady Hours. Modern Equipment. Qualifications & Requirements Valid Class A or B License with a clean driving record 3+ years of experience operating commercial‑sized vehicles Ability to drive automatic and manual transmissions Current Medical Card Good communication and teamwork skills Must pass drug screening and background check Reliable, professional, and safety‑focused Physically able to clean out the truck bed nightly Key Responsibilities Operate a dump truck to transport aggregates between local job sites Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections ; trucks are serviced by in‑house mechanics Keep the truck clean, organized, and ready for daily use Follow all traffic laws and Redwey safety policies Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required Work Schedule Monday-Friday Weekend availability during peak season 45-55 hours per week Year‑round, stable work Compensation & Benefits Paid based on percentage of load Weekly direct deposit Health insurance , paid time off , and 401(k) Monthly safety bonus for maintaining high standards Drive With Purpose If you're an experienced dump truck driver looking for local routes , consistent work , and solid benefits , Redwey Transport wants to hear from you.
