Job Description

Operate Jetter and CCTV equipment, expose utilities, and deliver safe, reliable service. CDL required. Join a team committed to safety, growth, and teamwork. #INDPKIS We're looking for a dependable CDL Operator-CCTV to safely operate hydro excavation equipment and support utility exposure projects in the field. This role requires strong attention to safety, equipment handling, and the ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments while delivering reliable service to customers.   • communicates clearly and supports crew members to complete jobs efficiently What You'll Do Operate hydro excavation trucks using pressurized water and vacuum systems to safely expose underground utilities Perform excavation work in compliance with safety standards and job specifications Drive and maneuver Class A or B CDL vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations Interpret utility markings and job site layouts to prevent damage and ensure accuracy Conduct pre•and post-trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly Assist with routine maintenance and basic mechanical upkeep of trucks and equipment Communicate with customers on-site to ensure service expectations are met Maintain a clean and organized job site and vehicle at all times Measure distances and depths using tape measures and basic math skills Adapt to varying job site conditions, schedules, and customer needs Work extended hours, including weekends or holidays, based on project demands What You'll Need Valid Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement and minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience Acceptable driving record and current DOT Medical Card Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout 8-12 hour shifts Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb in and out of equipment frequently Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and wet environments Ability to work around industrial noise, pressurized systems, and exposure to water, mud, and debris while wearing required PPE Willingness to travel between job sites and work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of job site safety practices Benefits and Perks Competitive pay and career growth opportunities Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Time off and floating holidays Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to give back to your community Employee referral bonus program Wellness benefits that support your overall health and well-being Opportunities for training and professional development Supportive and collaborative team environment Stable company with long-term career opportunities Who Thrives Here Individuals who value meaningful work and enjoy being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment take initiative, communicate clearly, and continuously look for ways to improve processes and service, while understanding that great results come from collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
