Tow Truck Driver

We are hiring a light/medium duty tow truck operator at Laurence's Towing in Mansfield, Ohio. Pay is based on experience. We are looking for a dependable driver with a minimum of 3 years experience. Must have a safe driving record and pass a drug test. Tow Truck Operator Job Duties include: Operating a light/medium duty truck to tow breakdowns and accident vehicles. Rigging to overturn vehicles that may be flipped over. Be mechanically inclined. Driver would need to stay aware of surroundings and conditions during the operation of the truck. Follow safety procedures and check to make sure that all equipment is in great working order. Perform pre inspections and post inspections. Let personnel know of any accidents, vehicle defects, traffic violations or damage to vehicles. Refuel truck before returning back to headquarters and clean out truck of any garbage. Other jobs included but not limited to, lockouts, jumpstarts, fuel deliveries and tire changes. There will be scheduled time off and every other weekend off.
