Box Truck Driver

We are seeking a dependable box truck driver to join our team. You will be responsible for safely operating a box truck to deliver goods to customers and outside processors. This is a part-time position, between 10 and 30 hours per week.

Duties:

Safely operate a box truck for local and regional deliveries. Verify cargo against shipping documents and obtain signatures to document delivery. Verify pre and post driving checklists. Communicate effectively with team members throughout the day. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies. Use an electronic logging device (ELD). Loading/unloading cargo is optional.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must pass company driver test. Must pass DOT physical and 10 panel drug screen, including marijuana. At least 2 years prior experience driving a commercial box truck. Ability to perform minor physical tasks related to loading and unloading truck. Forklift experience a plus. Must be reliable and punctual. Pay based on experience.

Pay:

Up to $40.00 per hour
