In this role, you will be responsible for transporting freight efficiently and securely across various routes, you need to operate different types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers and boom trucks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where safety, precision, and customer satisfaction are top priorities. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks with manual transmission across designated routes, including deliveries and pickups. Load and unload freight using manual handling techniques or equipment such as forklifts, Moffit, and truck mounted boom, ensuring proper securing of cargo. Navigate efficiently using GPS navigation systems to optimize routes and meet delivery schedules. Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips; report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure safety and compliance. Ensure the secure load & unload process is followed meticulously to prevent damage or accidents during transit or at delivery points. Qualifications Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in commercial truck driving. Skilled in operating manual transmission trucks with proficiency in tractor-trailers, dump trucks, flatbeds, tankers, and boom trucks. Physical ability to load/unload freight manually or with equipment; capable of lifting heavy items when necessary. Good communication skills for coordinating with dispatch teams and customers.
