Job Description

We are seeking experienced CDL Class A Drivers to operate quad-axle or larger dump trucks. Aggregate Dump Truck Driver Responsibilities:
1.
Material Hauling & Delivery:
Haul a variety of materials including asphalt, concrete, stone, RAP (recycled asphalt pavement), and other construction products. Safely load and unload trucks at plants, job sites, and customer locations. Deliver materials according to dispatch instructions and job specifications. 2.
Vehicle Operation & Compliance:
Perform accurate and complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Operate trucks in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Maintain and submit mileage, inspection, and delivery logs daily. 3.
Preventative Maintenance & Reporting:
Monitor truck performance and identify issues early. Immediately report mechanical problems or safety concerns to supervisors. Keep truck clean, safe, and in good working condition. 4.
Jobsite & Team Support:
Assist with unloading by hand or shovel if necessary. Follow directions from dispatch and site supervisors. Adhere to all safety procedures on jobsites, including OSHA and MSHA regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Class A CDL required. 1-3 years of experience operating quad-axle or larger dump trucks. Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record). Strong understanding of DOT safety requirements and vehicle compliance. Ability to perform minor truck maintenance and complete basic paperwork. Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded. High school diploma or GED preferred. EOE/M/F/Disabled/Veteran/DFSP
