This role gives you the opportunity to: Stay local — home every night Continue using your CDL Build real hands-on trade skills Learn directly from experienced mold makers, machinists and maintenance professionals, while not driving. What You'll Do Driving Responsibilities Safely operate a Flat Bed, air brakes - dropping off finished products, or pick up returning to our facility. Complete local pickups and deliveries within approximately a 300-mile radius, with most stops within a 50-mile radius. (98% local) Secure loads and materials properly Complete required logs, inspections, and transportation documentation Represent ArtiFlex professionally with customers, suppliers, and partners Tool Crib / Skilled Trades Responsibilities When not driving, you'll work alongside experienced tradespeople supporting: Toolroom organization and material movement Mold assembly and disassembly Preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep Safe use of hand tools, measuring tools, and shop equipment General support of mold making, machining, and maintenance operations No toolroom experience? That's okay. We can teach skills. We're looking for good attitude, reliability, and mechanical curiosity. What We're Looking For Valid CDL Class B license, automatic Safe driving record Strong attendance and dependability Comfortable in a manufacturing or industrial environment Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn Experience with tools, equipment, maintenance, fabrication, automotive repair, construction, farming, or industrial work is a plus Someone who takes pride in doing things the right way and working as a member of our team.
