Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting Non-Haz tanker loads safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to navigate various routes effectively. Experience with tankers is highly desirable. Local loads out of Woodward/Enid area, home daily! Average of 1,000-3,000 miles per week Responsibilities Ensure the safe loading and unloading of product. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes traveled, and loads delivered. Follow designated routes while being flexible to adapt to changes as needed. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays during transport. Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations. Provide excellent customer service while delivering loads. Experience Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Experience in route driving and understanding of logistics is preferred. Knowledge of safety protocols related to truck driving and product handling.
