Job Description:

As a Regional Sales/Dispatcher you are responsible fordispatching CDL-A Truck Drivers, and contacting potential vendors to reach a sale. You will work with a team in order to achieve a goal established by management. Your job as a

Regional Sales/Dispatcher :

Communicating with customers, making outbound calls, talking with our drivers in order for them to reach their goal in a timely manner. Follow through with customer quotes/leads and order confirmations accurately and timely. Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities. Closing sales and achieving sales targets. Keeping up with the industry and company information and updates. Provide professional courteous service on sales calls or email each and every time. Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Maximize sales and profit margin to contribute to the overall profitability of the company. Communicate with Admin to deliver seamless customer and driver service.
