Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tanker Driver to join our dynamic transportation team, specializing in west coast routes. Responsibilities Safely operate tanker trucks equipped for transporting liquids along designated west coast routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking the tanker's integrity, valves, and safety equipment. Maintain detailed records of deliveries, routes, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance logs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Follow scheduled routes efficiently while managing time effectively to meet delivery deadlines. Communicate proactively with dispatchers regarding route updates, delays, or safety concerns during transit. Ensure all cargo is secured properly during transport and that safety protocols are followed at all times. Experience Proven experience as a commercial truck driver, specifically with tractor-trailers or similar heavy-duty vehicles. Prior experience operating tanker trucks is highly preferred, with knowledge of handling food grade freight safely. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with endorsements relevant to tanker operations; clean driving record required. Ability to operate auxiliary equipment such as forklifts when necessary for loading or unloading cargo. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
