Position Overview We are hiring a Class A CDL Driver with Manual Endorsement. This is a hands-on position responsible for operating multiple types of equipment, including roll-off trucks, front-load garbage trucks, and street sweepers throughout our service areas. This role requires safe driving practices, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate roll-off trucks, front-load garbage trucks, and street sweepers Complete assigned routes and service stops efficiently and professionally Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic daily maintenance checks Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Work closely with dispatch and operations teams Provide friendly and professional customer service Work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions Qualifications Valid Class A CDL required Manual transmission endorsement required Clean driving record Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and heavy equipment Strong attendance and dependable work ethic Good communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous waste industry or equipment experience preferred, but not required Schedule Monday-Friday 5:30 AM-2:00 PM Some overtime available and occasionally required depending on customer needs Benefits Eligible employees have access to: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid sick time Paid vacation Why Join Loren's Sanitation?
