Our services include Direct Store Delivery (DSD), warehouse fulfillment, mobile vending, corporate events, and third-party logistics (3PL) across grocery, drug, gas, convenience, and independent retailers throughout Western North America. Position Overview This is a temporary assignment lasting approximately 12 to 15 weeks, based out of Portland, OR. The Route Relief Driver is responsible for delivering products safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. We are open to flexible scheduling to accommodate school, family, or other commitments, including options for varied start times and potential part-time shifts in addition to full-time hours during the contract period. Key Responsibilities Deliver products to customer locations

• according to established procedures Plan routes to optimize delivery times and coverage Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Use appropriate equipment and safety protocols Provide excellent customer service
• to all TransCold customers Represent TransCold professionally at all times Merchandise products
• in accordance with vendor/customer planograms Ensure accurate placement and promotional displays Verify invoices against orders
• to ensure accurate product and quantities Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Perform other duties as assigned
• to support team operations Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance checks
• Report any mechanical issues promptly Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
• required Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Ability to operate company vehicles safely in compliance with DOT regulations and traffic laws
• CMV Medical Certification
• (or ability to obtain one) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for a flexible schedule
