What We Offer Competitive pay:

$27-$30/hour DOE $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days Monthly bonus Medical & dental insurance after 90 days 401(k) with company match Paid holidays Paid vacation Steady work during busy season Supportive team environment Schedule 40-50 hours per week during busy season Flexible schedule may include early mornings and occasional weekends Responsibilities Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to construction sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Deliver concrete accurately and on schedule Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members Maintain delivery records and follow safety procedures Assist with troubleshooting and jobsite coordination when needed Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service Qualifications Valid CDL with clean driving record Manual transmission experience preferred Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing Ready mix experience preferred, but not required Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations Ability to work in varying weather and terrain conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to perform physical work as needed Join a company that values hard work, safety, and teamwork while offering competitive pay and long-term opportunity.
