Driver Facing Cameras. Elite Express is now hiring experienced CDL Class A Drivers with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements. OTR, and Team positions available at our Pennsauken, NJ terminal. Elite Express is the leader of "Load to Deliver" service for Volume LTL, Truckload, and Temperature-Controlled freight shipments.

NO Driver Facing Cameras:

OTR, 2 weeks out, 2-4 days home! Top drivers can earn an effective rate of 80cpm+ $500.00 Paid Orientation! Weekly pay for all OTR and Regional drivers! 62-67 CPM based on experience (effective rate up to 80 CPM with all accessorial pay + bonuses) $15.00 per drop & $35.00 per pickup! $400.00 Monthly Mileage Bonus! 2800-3200 miles per week (singles) and 5600-6400 miles per week (teams). $25 1st Stop On-Time Bonus paid for each run under 500 miles. Long, dependable miles, adding consistency and reliability to your paycheck. Detention, breakdown, and layover pay. Excellent Home Time - many options to fit your needs. 6 Paid holidays per year. (eligible after 90 days) Paid vacations (1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, plus 1 additional day each year. 3 weeks paid vacation maximum). Paid orientation at our New Jersey. Our trucks run @ 68 miles per hour! DeadHead and BobTail miles are paid at full rate. EZ-Pass / PrePass / Bestpass in all trucks. 95% No Touch Freight.

• Fly to orientation.

$100.00 bonus for Clean DOT level 1 inspections, $75.00 for level 2, $50.00 for level 3. All Company-Owned equipment. Assigned tractors. We have a no slip - seat policy. All tractors have automatic transmissions, APU's, inverters, and refrigerators. Volvo VNL 860, and Kenworth T-680.

• Must be at least 23 years of age.

Minimum Driving Experience:

1 year verifiable tractor-trailer Class A

• Required Class-A Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A)
• No major/serious violations in the last 5 years including leaving the scene of an accident, speeding violations 15 mph over posted speed limit, reckless/careless driving, and driving under the influence DUI or DWI.
• No drug convictions, positive screens, or refusals within the last (5) five years.
• No Felony convictions within the past 10 years.
• Verifiable work history, most recent (3) three years.
• Must have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. These endorsements must be maintained while employed at Elite Express.
• Drivers are required to be available to run 11 out of 14 days, and be available to drive when their shift resets.
