Driver Recruiter Location:

Responsible for identifying, attracting, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding Company drivers, independent contractors, fleet owners, and driver trainees while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This is an entry-level opportunity for highly motivated individuals looking to build a career in recruiting, sales, and transportation leadership. Prior recruiting experience is not required. Success in this role is built through effort, communication, accountability, and a relentless drive to win Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, qualify, hire, and onboard Company drivers, and trainees. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of driver candidates through outbound calling, networking, referrals, and relationship development. Execute the full recruiting process from first contact through orientation and successful onboarding. Partner with operations, terminals, and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates. Build relationships with CDL schools, training partners, and recruiting sources to create long-term driver pipelines. Conduct phone interviews, evaluate candidates, review third-party reports, and determine qualification status. Coordinate travel, lodging, meals, and onboarding logistics for incoming drivers. Stay engaged with recruits throughout orientation and training to improve retention and ensure a positive experience. Monitor recruiting activity, maintain accurate records, and complete all reporting requirements on time. Support special projects and initiatives that drive Company growth. Requirements to be successful:
Makes 60+ outbound calls daily with urgency and professionalism. Builds relationships quickly and creates trust with candidates. Thinks like a salesperson and solves problems instead of creating them. Takes ownership and follows through without needing constant direction. Moves fast, adapts quickly, and competes to win. Handles rejection and stays positive under pressure. Demonstrates high integrity and always puts safety and compliance first. Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with people all day and building relationships. Basic computer skills and ability to learn recruiting systems. Ability to organize multiple priorities and work independently. Benefits:
