• Work Until Finished Yard Spotting Work Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CDL Class A Driver to join our team for daily home time and consistent routes.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, and be comfortable with different cargo types such as refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and freight loads. This role involves delivering goods efficiently while maintaining safety and compliance with transportation regulations. The position offers an excellent opportunity for drivers with a focus on route driving, load & unload operations, and vehicle operation across diverse equipment. Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers and commercial trucks with manual transmissions across designated routes Deliver freight to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks when necessary Manage route driving efficiently, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs Follow all safety protocols related to refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and other specialized equipment Assist with the securement of cargo to prevent damage during transit Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate delivery schedules Requirements Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record Experience in truck driving, including freight delivery, route driving, and load & unload operations Proficiency in operating manual transmission trucks Familiarity with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and freight handling preferred Delivery driver experience is highly desirable Ability to operate forklifts or other loading equipment is a plus Strong understanding of safety regulations related to commercial trucking and transportation standards Must be capable of handling physical demands such as lifting cargo when necessary Valid driver's license with appropriate endorsements for specialized equipment if applicable
