& Kings Cars Bethlehem, PA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $200 - $1,000 a week 16 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Commercial truck driving CDL Tow truck Driver's License DOT Physical Certification Driving Flatbed Car towing Commercial driving Full Job Description King's Towing & Auto Repair currently is in need of experienced tow truck drivers. We have a small fleet of trucks and have been in the towing business for over 15 years. The applicant must be familiar with all aspects of towing with both wreckers and flatbeds and be able to demonstrate their knowledge. Experience is required to operate any of our equiptment independently but we will train the right person. This is an entry level position and pay will be based on knowledge and experience.
CDL IS A PLUS
but not required. Due to insurance regulations tow truck operator's must be at least 23 and hold a current PA or NJ drivers license. Applicants also must have a clean driving record 3 years. Candidates must pass criminal background check, Department of Transportation physical and submit to random drug screening as per DOT requirements. The position is full time and on call. As we are an essential business we work 24/7/365. We rotate on call nights and weekends we all are on stand by. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and professional appearance and provide an exceptional service to our customers. We are committed to going above and beyond as if each call was a family member stranded. We work with local police, businesses and motor club. All operators are required to keep accurate mileage and document every job as instructed as well as inspection of company equipment used daily. Initial uniform provided then operators are required to purchase their own reflective safety gear.
