Trucks assigned to drivers, and we have high-quality equipment and an on-site mechanic and fueling. We offer competitive wages, and you are home daily. We cover a 300-mile radius from Allentown, PA. Current rate - $26.00 per hour. We are currently hiring for our all shifts, we allow for a 5- or 6-day work week. We offer medical, dental and vision benefits; and Simple IRA Responsibilities Transport finished goods to retail and distribution centers Inspect vehicles for daily and complete DVIR daily through ELOG Plan routes and meet delivery schedules Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions Collect and verify delivery instructions Report defects, accidents or violations Fuel truck daily - on site fueling No touch freight Skills Proven work experience as a truck driver Ability to drive 13 speed manual transmission Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.) Valid CDL A license 2 years CDL-A experience minimum 3 year clean driving record
