Team Copperhead Custom, Inc. is seeking an Experienced CDL Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our growing operation. We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded professional with experience operating roll-off trucks who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and maintaining equipment. Our drivers service commercial, industrial, municipal, and construction customers throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and Central & Southern New Jersey . Responsibilities Safely operate roll-off trucks to deliver, exchange, and remove containers at customer locations. Transport construction debris, industrial waste, recyclable materials, sludge, and other non-hazardous materials. Secure containers and loads in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety standards. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly. Complete driver logs, manifests, and other required paperwork accurately. Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding deliveries, pickups, and scheduling. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and DOT regulations. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A or Class B License (Required) Previous Roll-Off Truck Driving Experience (Required) Clean driving record Ability to safely maneuver equipment in construction sites, commercial facilities, and confined areas. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Experience operating hook-lift or cable roll-off systems is a plus. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe load securement practices.
