Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Junk Removal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently removing unwanted items from residential and commercial properties. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires physical stamina, strong driving skills, and the ability to operate various equipment. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and concerns during junk removal services. Safely operate a box truck or other vehicles to transport junk from client locations to designated disposal sites. Load and unload heavy items, ensuring proper handling techniques to prevent damage or injury. Perform moving tasks that may include lifting, carrying, and maneuvering bulky items. Follow established routes for efficient junk removal while adhering to all safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and equipment used during operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of jobs while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Previous experience in customer service is essential for interacting with clients effectively. Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is a plus; experience as a delivery driver or courier is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds) and engage in physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. Familiarity with route driving principles to ensure efficient travel between job sites. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while completing multiple tasks. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
