Lawncare worker/driver

Responsibilities Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain lawns and gardens with precision and care Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites, ensuring timely arrivals and departures Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and mulching to enhance curb appeal Utilize hand tools and power tools for tasks like planting, soil preparation, and minor construction projects such as hardscaping or garden beds Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate safety procedures and equipment such as chainsaws or excavators when necessary Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients and team members Skills Mechanical knowledge of lawn care machinery, power tools, and landscaping equipment Strong understanding of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, and horticulture principles Experience with land surveying or excavation equipment such as excavators is a plus Knowledge of tree trimming techniques, gardening practices, and irrigation systems Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor environments Familiarity with construction processes related to hardscape projects or garden installations Excellent driving skills with a valid license; experience operating trucks or larger vehicles preferred Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance Physical stamina for outdoor work in different weather conditions; attention to detail is essential for quality results Join us in creating stunning outdoor spaces while honing your skills in landscaping, construction, and vehicle operation!
