What You'll Be Doing Operate a water truck to control dust and maintain safe haul roads and work areas Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is safe and functional Coordinate with plant and pit personnel to support daily production activities Maintain accurate records and report equipment or safety concerns promptly Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures at the aggregate plant What Are We Looking For Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an aggregate or industrial environment Strong focus on safety, compliance, and situational awareness Capability to perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team Dependable, adaptable, and able to work varying schedules as required Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer $26.70 per hour plus an additional $0.50 per hour underground rate $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year) Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
