Required:

Valid state driver's license. 2 years driving seniors and assisting them in and out of vehicle / van. Proof of personal auto Insurance. Experience working with seniors is a requirement with an understanding of physical and mental limitations. Strong customer service skills are a must! Must comply with HIPAA requirements. Responsibilities and Duties:

Driving the company vehicle (car or wheelchair accessible van) to resident appointments. Assisting residents in and out of vehicle. Inspecting the company vehicle before and after trips. Assist residents during their medical appointments with ambulation, assistive devices and navigating office buildings and hospitals at time of visit. Any other Resident needs designated by the Administrator and Director of Nursing. All Resident transport other than doctors' appointments must be approved by the Administrator or Director of Nursing. VSJ Administrator and Director of Nursing has the right to change and/or modify the responsibilities as needed. Coordinate with nursing staff and unit coordinator daily. Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules. Assist with other tasks at Villa Saint Joseph, as needed. Business casual attire required.
