Job Description

Established in 1909, George Junior Republic and its affiliates provide opportunities for success and wellness to the individuals, families, and communities served.

Summary of the
Position:
Responsible for the transportation of persons served and staff to various destinations in a number of states, including PA, MI, WV, DE and OH. This is primarily Transporting persons served and/or staff both On and Off Campus for health-related appointments, court appearances and hearings, family visitation (funerals, home passes, day passes), admissions, discharges, and other needs as they arise. The Driver is responsible for the person serveds safety and well-being while under the Drivers supervision, including, but not limited to medication transport and administration. Drivers may be scheduled for a combination of both On Campus and Off Campus transports/tasks depending on the needs of the agency and the persons served.
