Harleysville, PA Schedule:
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | 4-5 Days Per Week Monday-Friday with Occasional Evenings & Weekends for Special Events Are you someone who enjoys helping others, driving safely, and building meaningful relationships? Peter Becker Community is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Driver to join our Facilities Management Team. This position is much more than transportation—it's an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents every day by helping them safely attend appointments, treatments, and community events.

✔️ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent ✔️ Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License ✔️ Clean Driving Record (Motor Vehicle Record Check Required) ✔️ Ability to Complete Driver Safety Training Upon Hire ✔️ Comfortable Assisting Residents with Mobility Needs, Including Wheelchair Transportation ✔️ Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills ✔️
Dependable, Patient, and Safety-Focused Mindset What You'll Do:
Transport residents to medical appointments, treatments, and community outings Assist residents in a safe, courteous, and compassionate manner Provide support for wheelchair-bound, semi-ambulatory, and non-ambulatory residents Coordinate transportation schedules and return pick-ups Maintain fleet vehicles and report maintenance concerns promptly Ensure safe operation of vehicles while following all traffic laws and regulations Maintain transportation records and resident documentation as needed Support special events that may require transportation assistance during evenings or weekends Why Peter Becker Community?
