Our Hatfield facility includes a health center, family physician, and physical therapist Well-maintained, newer equipment Supportive, on-site dispatch and management Pay You Can Count On Weekly pay range of $1,600 - $2,000 Top earners exceed $125,000/year Activity-based pay, with mileage starting at $0.635/mile Additional pay for stops, delays, layovers, backhauls, meals, etc. Sign-on bonus available for experienced drivers The Impact You'll Make As a Regional CDL-A Driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely, safe, and efficient deliveries to our customers, from large retailers to local businesses. Your professionalism and dependability directly support food security and customer satisfaction across the East Coast and Midwest. What You'll Do Safely operate newer-model Freightliner or Volvo sleeper tractors and 53' trailers Deliver multi-stop loads (typically 3-4 stops) across the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast Communicate regularly with dispatch and customers Manage hours of service and delivery timelines e6ectively Return with backhauls for tri-state area deliveries Keep your assigned truck clean and professionally maintained Optionally unload to expedite delivery when applicable Use Samsara ELD with camera safety systems (inward, outward, side) Schedule & Travel Leave Sunday or Monday, return Friday or Saturday (5-7 days OTR) 34+ hour reset at home every weekend Holiday work required, with departures/returns adjusted around holidays Coverage area includes the Carolinas, New England, and Midwest (as far as Chicago)
