Junk Removal Laborer / Driver

Delco Cleanouts, a family-owned business located in Delaware County, PA, is seeking a dependable Junk Removal Specialists/Driver to join our team. This role will involve labor and driving duties. Work involves residential and commercial junk removal, property cleanouts, and light demolition work pertaining to bathroom/kitchen demolition as well as removal of hot tubs, sheds, fencing, decks and other outside structures. Candidates must be able to lift heavy items on a daily basis, work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, and must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record to operate NON-CDL box or dump trucks. You must have a vehicle to get to and from work. This is a labor intensive job, so candidates must be willing to perform all the responsibilities listed below. Candidates must be on time everyday, complete all scheduled work and have a cell phone for communication throughout the work day. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial junk removal and property cleanouts which includes removing items such as furniture, appliances, household and construction debris and other various items from homes and businesses. Ability to perform or assist with light demolition projects (bathroom/kitchen deomolition, shed, deck, fence, hot tub, carpet removal.) Safely lift, load, and unload heavy and bulky items (50-75+ lbs) Drive and operate a NON-CDL box truck or dump truck Follow a daily pickup schedule and instructions from crew leaders Provide professional, courteous customer service Work cohesively with a crew to complete jobs efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and equipment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) Reliable transportation to and from work Experience driving a NON-CDL box truck or dump truck (required) Experience in junk removal, moving, construction, or labor (required) Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs consistently Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Must be timely, responsible, presentable, and customer-friendly Ability to follow directions and stay on schedule Background check and drug testing required Skills Working knowledge and ability to use power tools and hand tools Experience with labor and demolition work Ability to safely operate a
