We are currently hiring dependable delivery drivers to support local routes operating from our Mount Joy terminal. Drivers use company-provided vans to complete residential and business deliveries throughout the surrounding communities. This is a great fit for people who enjoy staying busy, working independently, and having a structured schedule without being stuck behind a desk or counter all day. Position Details Full-time delivery opportunity Typical schedule: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM 40+ hours available weekly Overtime available after 40 hours Weekly direct deposit payroll Paid training provided Pay & Incentives Starting pay: $23.75 per hour Weekly pay schedule Performance-based incentives available What Drivers Do Operate company delivery vans safely and professionally Complete scheduled delivery routes efficiently Deliver packages to homes and businesses Use handheld route and navigation technology Maintain strong attendance and on-time performance Work safely in changing weather conditions Benefits PTO available starting at hire Medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days Tuition assistance opportunities Company vehicle provided during shifts Advancement opportunities available for strong performers Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license required Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable driving for extended periods throughout the day Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed Delivery experience is helpful but not required Who Usually Enjoys This Job People coming from warehouse, retail, food service, hospitality, landscaping, rideshare, and customer-facing roles often do well in this environment because the workday stays active and structured.
