Landscaping Foreman

Position Summary Flynn Tree Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Landscaping Foreman (Driver) to lead crews, manage daily job execution, and operate company vehicles. This role is responsible for ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards while maintaining clear communication with both the team and management. This is a leadership position for someone who takes ownership, works hard, and can run a crew without constant oversight. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a landscaping crew on a daily basis Execute landscaping services including mowing, trimming, cleanups, mulching, and property maintenance Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards Safely operate and drive company trucks, trailers, and equipment to and from job sites Load and unload equipment, ensuring proper organization and care Delegate tasks and maintain productivity throughout the day Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate job progress, issues, and needs with management Train and guide crew members to improve performance and safety Driver Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles (pickup trucks, trailers, equipment) Perform daily vehicle inspections (fluids, tires, safety checks) Ensure proper loading, securing, and transport of equipment Maintain awareness of DOT and safety compliance when applicable Keep vehicles clean, organized, and in good working condition Safety Responsibilities Enforce company safety standards and procedures at all times Maintain awareness of surroundings, crew members, and equipment Ensure proper PPE is worn and used correctly Identify and correct unsafe behaviors immediately Report any incidents, damage, or safety concerns Required Skills & Qualifications Previous landscaping experience required (foreman or crew lead preferred) Valid driver's license required ( CDL is a strong plus ) Experience driving trucks and trailers Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage a crew and keep jobs on schedule Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to problem solve and make decisions in the field Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to perform physical labor throughout the day

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
