We are currently hiring experienced CDL-A Team Drivers for our Syracuse, NY-based operations. Position Overview This is a full-time FedEx Ground linehaul team driving position operating late-model sleeper trucks on scheduled long-haul routes. Drivers can expect consistent freight, stable dispatches, and year-round operations. Primary Responsibilities Safely operate Class A sleeper tractors in a team environment Transport FedEx Ground trailers safely and on schedule Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain ELD and DOT compliance Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations Maintain professionalism with FedEx terminals and personnel Report equipment or safety concerns promptly Ensure safe handling of equipment and trailers Compensation & Benefits $0.88 CPM Guaranteed minimum weekly earnings Quarterly safety and performance bonuses Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus Relocation assistance up to $3,000 Paid orientation and onboarding Healthcare benefits eligibility 401(k) eligibility Paid time off Consistent year-round miles Late-model sleeper equipment Relocation Assistance Relocation support includes: $1,500 relocation stipend upon arrival and start in New York Up to $1,500 reimbursement for approved moving or travel expenses Minimum Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL-A experience preferred Doubles endorsement preferred or ability to obtain Clean MVR and safety record Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check Ability to operate safely in a team-driving environment FedEx linehaul experience preferred but not required Schedule Team linehaul operations Overnight and long-haul routes Consistent scheduled dispatches Year-round operations

Experience CDL-A:
