. Driver Role Purpose / Mission The driver's role is to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient transportation of goods and company assets from plant to customer, as well as plant to plant. Key Responsibilities Safely transport materials from plant to customer locations and between Webco plants, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Represent Webco professionally while visiting customer sites, maintaining positive interactions that reflect the company's integrity and values. Build and sustain strong customer relationships through respectful communication, dependable service, and a customer‑first mindset. Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity while operating company vehicles and interacting with customers and the public. Prioritize customer needs and act in a manner that supports Webco's commitment to exceptional service. Maintain Webco trucks and trailers in superior working and cosmetic condition; promptly report mechanical issues and follow up to ensure proper resolution. Accurately maintain all required Driver logs and documentation in compliance with DOT regulations. Maintain dependable attendance by arriving on time each day and performing all assigned duties and tasks as needed. Required & Preferred Qualifications Required:
- Must be 21 years of age or older for interstate driving
- Valid Oklahoma Commercial Driver's License - Class A
- Current DOT Certificate a PLUS or must be able to pass DOT physical
- Must be able to pass periodic random drug/alcohol screen as required by DOT if selected for position Webco has determined this position involves safety-sensitive job duties and will be considered a safety-sensitive position for purpose of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Action ("The Unity Bill") effective August 29, 2019. Typical Physical Demands
- Must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day on a regular basis.
- Requires full range of body motion to include: lifting, bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stooping, and squatting.
- Position requires frequent walking and/or standing on concrete floors while wearing steel-toed shoes. May walk to/or over two (2) miles per shift while performing essential duties.
- Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range Typical Working Conditions
- Manufacturing area of the facility.
- Exposure to plant noise, moving equipment, and material handling (PPE required).
