Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled, team player, dependable and reliable full-time Roll Off Driver with experience in roll-off is must. Resume without rolloff experience may not be considered. Ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks, to transport waste and debris from customer locations to disposal sites. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. Responsibilities Operate roll-off trucks . Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Safely load and unload containers at customer sites using appropriate equipment. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding schedules and service needs. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs as necessary. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience driving heavy vehicles. Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with vehicle maintenance and repairs. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required during loading and unloading processes. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
