As a Driver, you will play an important role in helping passengers safely reach medical appointments, therapy sessions, pharmacies, and other approved destinations while providing excellent customer care.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport passengers to and from appointments on time
• Assist passengers with boarding, deboarding, wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility aids
• Secure wheelchairs and medical equipment properly
• Maintain accurate trip logs and follow HIPAA/confidentiality policies
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Keep vehicles clean, sanitized, and professional
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with passengers and dispatch
• Respond calmly and appropriately during emergencies or unexpected situations

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background checks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physically capable of assisting passengers and mobility equipment
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
• Experience in transportation, caregiving, rideshare, or healthcare is a plus
• Defensive Driving and PASS Certification are an advantage
