CDL Delivery Truck Driver

We are currently seeking individuals to become a part of our delivery team. Specificially, we are in need of CDL class B drivers to deliver hardwood lumber and mouldings to our customers.

Requirements:

Valid PA DL Class B/A and DOT medical card. Pre-employment drug screening and random drug screenings while employed. Good written and oral communication, customer relation skills

Full-time, 40 hours +, Monday thru

Friday Weekly Pay:

$23.00/hour Daily delivery route varies from day to day within a 250-mile radius of Picture Rocks, PA. Ability to drive well-maintained Penske trucks (new to 6-years old) with front facing Dash cams, GPS, and e-Logs. Trucks are 26,000 to 56,000 lbs. GVW, with curtain side loading. All trucks are forklift loaded by the warehouse and mostly fork unloaded with some handoffs. Bonus pay for 2-4 runs per month to NYC/Long Island Occasional overnight deliveries are available, but optional. Responsibilities Operate and drive a commercial delivery truck, ensuring safe and timely transportation of goods. Load and unload freight, utilizing forklifts and other equipment as necessary. Navigate routes using GPS and maintain communication with dispatch to report any issues. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving a CDL B or CDL vehicle. Conduct routine inspections of the truck and report maintenance needs promptly. Deliver exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
