This position plays a vital role in ensuring residents are transported safely and comfortably to medical appointments, dialysis, and other scheduled outings. This position is primarily Monday through Friday with flexible hours. Occasional weekend availability is required based on resident needs and appointment schedules. Key Responsibilities Schedule resident appointments Safely transport residents to and from appointments and outings using a facility-provided vehicle Provide courteous, hands-on assistance to residents entering and exiting the vehicle Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning vehicle at all times Coordinate closely with nursing and administrative staff to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs Uphold a strong commitment to resident safety, dignity, and comfort Requirements Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, professional demeanor Ability to assist residents with mobility needs in a respectful and safe manner Previous experience transporting seniors or working in a healthcare setting is preferred Previous computer experience required Benefits & Perks We offer a full suite of benefits to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.
