CDL Truck Driver/Road Construction Equipment Operator

Operating tar trucks Operating single-axle dump trucks Shoveling, luting, and using paving hand tools as needed Grading, ditch line installation, and water management work Flagging/Traffic Control Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Winter Work Tri-Axle trucking Snow removal Equipment and facility maintenance Typical Schedule 50-55 hours/week during paving season Around 40 hours/week during winter months Qualifications CDL Class A required (or currently enrolled in a CDL program) Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening Heavy equipment experience is a plus Mechanical and maintenance knowledge is a plus Snow removal experience is a plus Must be willing to perform physical labor and work as part of a team We're looking for people who show up, work hard, and want to be part of a company that values its employees and invests in quality equipment, quality work, and long-term careers.
