• 1,900 Orientation and training pay: $850 weekly Experience-based pay structure: Drivers with 0-12 months of experience: $0.

80 CPM Annual increases available up to $0.85 CPM Additional stop pay: $15 per stop Unload compensation: $80 Performance incentive opportunities available Weekly direct deposit Freight & Route Information Freight moves throughout the Northeast and New England states Some routes may extend into Virginia based on customer demand Deliveries include distribution centers and customer locations Dispatch planning focused on maintaining steady miles and efficient routes Driver Duties Operate a Class A tractor-trailer in a safe and professional manner Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain ELD records and required trip documentation Deliver freight on schedule while following safety procedures Comply with DOT and FMCSA regulations Maintain communication with dispatch and customer locations Assist with unload activities when required Work Environment Drivers may handle unload assist or hand unload freight depending on delivery requirements Routes may include heavy traffic areas, changing weather conditions, and varied schedules throughout the Northeast region Drivers interested in additional miles may have opportunities to remain out longer Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Minimum 21 years of age Able to pass required drug screening No more than 2 moving violations within the past 2 years Ability to perform physical unload activities when necessary Reliable attendance and professional work ethic Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage options 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation eligibility Stable freight network with dependable miles Career growth opportunities within the company Apply Today For additional information about this position, contact Stephan Anderson at (623) 263-0949 .
